Our bespoke booking pages make it easy for planners, couples, and guests to organise accommodation for everyone, streamline logistics, and offer access to exclusive room rates.

Determining the type of page

When requesting a new accommodation page, we ask you to define whether you want to set up option 1) room block page or 2) live rates page.

📄 Type 1: Room Block Page (£500 setup + 10% fee)

Collect money for pre-blocked rooms. Share pre-booked rooms with guests through an elegant website, enabling them to swiftly select and purchase their desired room. You set the room price and can choose to pass on the 10% commission fee to their guests. We send you the collected funds in one payment. This makes collecting money from guests is faster and less awkward than handling it yourself. Here's an example.

⚠️ Guests wanting different dates must contact the organiser of the rooms directly

📄 Type 2: Live Rates Page (free)

Access discounted rates across any hotels. We’re able to offer guests the most competitive rates available, by taking a smaller commission than other travel agents/sites like booking.com.


We’re happy to secure rates at your preferred hotels, or help you look for more options around your venue.
