Part 1: Set currencies

On TTO, you can track your budget in multiple currencies while keeping an overview in your home currency.

  • Set a default currency (e.g., USD = 1).

  • Add additional currencies and their exchange rates (e.g., USD to EUR = 0.96, USD to GBP = 0.81).

Part 2: Set a budget goal

Add a budget goal by typing directly into the amount field and click save.

Part 3: Customize Categories & Estimates

Make the budget sheet work for you:

  • Hide or reorder categories in the Settings tab

  • Once finalized, enter estimated costs for each vendor category.

Part 4: Track vendors & payments

Your budget updates automatically as you confirm vendors and payments:

✔️ Confirmed vendors in the Vendors tab will appear in the budget sheet under the right category.

✔️ Payment milestones added in the Vendors tab will also sync with the budget sheet, helping you track due payments.
