Which countries do you support?
We have access to 2.2 million hotels all around the world. If the hotel is listed on sites like Expedia or Booking.com, chances are we will too. You guests can pay in most international currencies.
Is there a fee associated to creating an accommodation page?
No - you can request a page for free! Let us know which hotels you would like added and we'll check if your region is eligable for discounted rates. If the hotels are on sites like booking.com, we will have access to them too. Here's an example of a ready page: https://example.thatstheone.com/stay.
How are your prices cheaper than sites like, booking.com?
Our rates are typically 5-15% cheaper than public rates. We're able to offer guests the most competitive rates available, by taking a smaller commission than other travel agents/sites.
How long does it take to get created?
We aim to have the page ready for you in 7-10 working days. We suggest sharing the URL with your guests when you send out your RSVPs.
How does it work for guests?
You will share the URL with them or add it to your wedding website. On the page, guest are able to pick their dates, add adults/children to their booking and browse available rooms and compare prices. When they book their room, they will receive an instant confirmation from us. They will see 'TTO HOTELS' on their bank statement. To process your payments, we use Stripe and our technology to complete your reservation.
