Client portal for wedding planners

Give your clients a clear place in the planning process

Invite couples into their event workspace in That’s The One. Share the details they need, let them contribute to selected features and keep supported planning sections private until you are ready.

Choose editable, view-only or hidden access for supported features in each event.

Work from the same event plan

Give your clients access to the planning tools you use together, including the guest list, timeline, to-dos and moodboards. When a feature is editable, their changes are saved in the shared event workspace and visible to you.

A client can contribute to the guest list while you keep the timeline available for reference.

Approved screenshot needed

Draft-only placeholder for a guest list or timeline in the client view. Label the final image with the actual feature and permission shown.

Decide how clients take part

Set permissions from the Features tab in your event settings. Choose the level of access for each supported feature.

Editable

Let clients add or update information in a feature. Use this when you want them to contribute directly, such as helping complete the guest list.

View only

Share information for reference while keeping edits with your planning team. Clients can read the section without changing it.

Hidden

Keep a supported feature out of the client’s event view while you work on it. You and your planning team can still access it.

Match client access to the work you are doing

These examples show how you could configure an event. Choose the settings that fit your process and review them before inviting clients.

Build the guest list together

Set Guestlist to editable so clients can add and update information in the same event workspace you use to plan.

Share a timeline for reference

Set Timeline to view only when you want clients to see the schedule while your team manages changes.

Prepare vendor and budget details privately

Set Vendors, including Budget & Payments, to hidden while your team works through the details. Switch the group to view only or editable when you are ready to involve the client.
