Beautiful & detailed event timelines
Create beautiful, detailed timelines that outline the run of the day (or days!) and export individual PDFs for each vendor.
Here's how to get started:
Step 1: Add a timeline item
In the "Timeline" tab in an event, add a timeline item by selecting "+ Add Timeline Item"
Add important information like:
Title & Description: Add colors, bold text or even hyperlink text
Date & Time: Add a start time (end time optional) for the item (Note: time is illustrated as military time eg. 22:00 for 10pm)
Color: Add a color
Tag vendors: Anyone that is needed for the item (eg. hair, makeup, bride, wedding planner) this will allow you to later create individual timelines for each vendor (Note: To add ensure vendors appear in the dropdown, add them in the "Vendors" Tab first)
To move the order of timeline items, change the time and they will automatically slot into the right place
Step 2: Filter by vendor
Select a vendor and the timeline will automatically adjust to show items they have been tagged on
OR select "All" to see all timeline items
Step 3: Export & Share
Select the download PDF button
The export will show:
Date of export
Who the export was made for (eg. makeup artist or "all" if filtering has not been selected)
You will see all the timeline information in addition to a full contact list of all vendors involved at the bottom of the document. You'll see their name, business, phone number, email and Instagram handle. This information is pulled from the Vendors added in the "Vendors" tab.
This is to enable suppliers to easily communicate with each other on the day.
